Responsibilities
Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and mobility support.
Monitor and record vital signs and report any changes in client conditions.
Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
Administer medications as prescribed and ensure proper documentation.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
Uphold confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; certification as a Nursing Assistant is required.
Proven experience in long-term care, assisted living, or home healthcare settings.
Strong understanding of patient care practices and medication administration.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with diverse populations.
Compassionate demeanor with a strong commitment to client well-being.
Ability to perform physical tasks associated with patient care, including lifting and transferring clients.
