Job Description Premium Care Group is a newer home care company that is growing fast. We are looking for honest, caring and dependable care givers to provide the best in companionship and personal care. Providing care in the Camden, Burlington and Gloucester Counties of Southern NJ. Duties Include: Representing Premium Care Group in a positive manner and with respect of clients, their loved ones and yourself Arrives/departs as scheduled and follows office policy for call-outs Implements plan of care as directed by the nursing supervisor Assists with activities of daily living (lt. housekeeping, meal prep, etc.) Personal Care (bathing, toileting etc.) as needed (provided by CHHA only) Provides emotional and social support to clients Communicates regularly with RN for client updates/concerns Abides by all health and safety regulations Keeps up with continuing education and training as necessary Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent Active HHA Certification under the NJ or PA Board of Nursing (if applying to HHA position) Home care experience (1 year preferred) Driver's licence and reliable transportation Background check Ability to pass a drug screen Physical within past year with negative PPd, Hep B (immunity or signed waiver) Ability to pass competency test (for HHA position) OSHA certification and mandatory annual In-Service Benefits: Competitive pay for area Flexible hours Referral Bonuses (for those who refer caregivers and/or clients) Caring staff available 24 hours a day Achievement lottery (prizes given 1 x a month for special acknowledgments) In-office training sessions Bonded and covered by workers compensation, NOT A 1099 (taxes are taken out) Paid weekly - Direct Deposit available Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Salary: $12.00 to $14.00 /hour
