NURSE SUPERVISOR

As Supervisor of Nursing, you will oversee the nursing staff and overall nursing operations of our home health patients. Duties include evaluating and directing all nursing employees, establishing goals for the nursing department and creating and enforcing compliant healthcare policies. Duties and Responsibilities: Supervise all nursing staff Report to Administrator Maintain high standards of care for all patients Manage patients’ data and medical records as confidential records Communicate with doctors, patients and family members about patient health Recruit, train and onboard new nursing staff Implement new procedures and train Nurses on policies
