About the Role We are looking for an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with 3–5 years of nursing experience who brings both clinical confidence and a genuine care for people. This role is ideal for an LPN who has worked in assisted living, memory care, or hospital settings and understands how to stay calm, organized, and compassionate in a fast-paced environment. What You’ll Do (And Why It Matters) • Provide thoughtful, hands-on nursing care to residents living with memory loss • Administer medications and treatments with care, accuracy, and intention • Notice subtle changes in residents and advocate for their needs • Support and guide caregivers so residents receive consistent, loving care • Communicate with families honestly and compassionately • Be a trusted clinical presence on your shift—someone others rely on • Help create a calm, safe, and respectful environment for residents and staff What We’re Looking For Required: • Active Minnesota LPN license in good standing • 3–5 years of LPN experience • Strong clinical skills and sound judgment • Ability to thrive in a busy, high-acuity environment while staying grounded & kind • Especially Valued Experience: Assisted Living, Memory Care or Dementia Care, Hospital or acute-care settings Experience across multiple settings is a plus—we value nurses who bring depth, perspective, and resilience.
