Psynergy Programs is seeking an LVN/LPT that will provide direct patient care to individuals with mental illness and their families by providing rehabilitation and medication support services. The LVN/LPT will work closely with the clinical team to provide superb patient care. Full job description available upon request. To be successful in this role, here is a little about you… Top-notch verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills. An eye for detail and organization as you will be responsible for completing clinical records and required documentation in accordance with agency, payer, and regulatory requirements, utilizing paper or computer technology as needed. Perform well under high-pressure situations in instance you must perform emergency first aid, CPR, or an emergency drill. Provides recovery-focused services related to safe and appropriate medication administration and treatment as prescribed by the physician. Understanding psychiatric illness and its treatment, and knowledge of psychotropic medication, are preferred. Must possess current licensure in California as an RN, LPT, or LVN.
