Senior Transportation Driver

Responsibilities Safely transport older adults to and from medical appointments, therapy, dialysis, adult day programs, and approved community destinations. Provide courteous door-to-door assistance. Assist clients with entering and exiting the vehicle safely. Secure walkers, canes, and other mobility equipment. Maintain a clean, safe, and professional vehicle. Communicate schedule updates with dispatch and office staff. Report concerns or changes in a client’s condition. Protect client confidentiality and provide respectful, compassionate service at all times. Requirements Valid Wisconsin driver’s license. Acceptable motor vehicle record (MVR) with a safe driving history. Clean driving record. Reliable personal vehicle until company vehicles are assigned. Proof of automobile insurance. Ability to pass a background check and drug screening. Ability to safely assist ambulatory clients and handle mobility equipment. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Preferred Qualifications CPR and First Aid certification (preferred but not required). Experience working with older adults, healthcare, transportation, hospitality, or customer service. Experience with non-emergency medical transportation is a plus but not required.
