Compassionate Personal Care Assistant (PCA) – Senior Care Support

Position Summary: Thrive Senior Solutions is seeking a dependable, compassionate Personal Care Assistant (PCA) to provide non-medical in-home support to seniors and individuals with disabilities. Our caregivers play a vital role in helping clients maintain independence, dignity, and quality of life in the comfort of their own homes. We are looking for someone who leads with patience, integrity, and a genuine heart for service. Responsibilities: Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting Provide companionship and emotional support Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping Support medication reminders (non-administration, unless certified) Assist with mobility and transfers Monitor and report changes in client condition Maintain accurate documentation of services provided Requirements: High school diploma or GED preferred Experience in caregiving, home care, or senior support preferred Ability to pass background check and drug screening Reliable transportation Compassionate, patient, and professional demeanor Ability to lift and assist clients safely when needed Preferred Qualifications: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification (not required but a plus) CPR/First Aid certification Experience working with seniors or individuals with disabilities
