Registered Nurse (RN) Job Description
The Registered Professional Nurse performs services requiring the application
of the biological, physical and social sciences and nursing skills in the area of the sick, prevention of disease. is responsible for the care patients assigned to him/her.
The individual must be competent to administer medications and follow written /verbal orders in the care of the patient.
Must possess skill in the use of various nursing devices - PT INR meter, Wound Vac etc.
Must have keen Assessment, observation skills.
Must be able to communicate and interact with patients and families and Physicians.
Be able to supervise LPN/HHA
Computer skills a must.
Some Home Health experience.
Qualification/Requirement
License must be current in the State of Florida
At least one year experience as a Professional Nurse.
Level 2 background screening.
Reliable vehicle.
The HCA is a Home Health Aid/Certified Nursing Assistant who has completed
40 or more hours of training through a vocational school or certified by the
State of Florida.
