Job description HEALING HANDS HEALTH SERVICES LLC We provide CARE to people with special and personal needs to make their stay at home more comfortable, which allows them to be in control. We help them manage their day-to-day activities like grooming, bathing, cooking, or even running errands. At the same time, our nursing staff conducts physical examinations and develops individualized care plans. They ensure that patients’ overall health, including medications, is appropriately administered and monitored. Position Overview Healing Hands Health Services LLC is a privately owned agency serving patients in Palm Beach, Martin, St. Lucie, Okeechobee and Indian River counties. Healing Hands Health Services is currently seeking for full time and per diem RNs and LPNs in Palm Beach County areas. Working under the direction of a physician to instruct patients and their family members in proper treatment, helping individuals take steps to improve or maintain good health in the comfort of their own home. As a Home Health clinician, you will be responsible for following a physician's plan of care and reporting to our agency's case manager. We are looking for experienced caregivers with excellent communication skills, time management skills, problem-solving skills, compassion, and a POSITIVE attitude. Must have all required credentials, including level 2 background screen. Valid licenses and up-to-date certifications. Must have a minimum of 1 year of Medicare and managed home health care experience. Professional appearance and manners applicant must be detailed oriented, with excellent organization and follow-through skills. Must be able to manage time and prioritize duties. Excellent Customer Service. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work cooperatively as a team. Flexibility and willingness to adjust scheduled cases. Proficient in computer applications. KINNSER or HHA exchange experience a plus as is Bilingual English-Spanish. Will train in Kinnser if no experience. Job Type: Contract, Part-Time, potentially full time. Need nurses to open and follow cases. REQUIREMENTS: Current state license to practice . Minimum one (1) year of home health experience required. Current CPR certification. Copy of updated Physical. Copy of updated TB results/Chest X-ray. Ability to learn and apply professional training, follow physician's orders and produce accurate records of the patient's status. Current driver's license and ability to travel. Liability insurance.
