Field License RN Case Manager (Visits Oakland)

The License Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for managing the individualized patient care by promoting and restoring patients' health through the nursing process; collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary team members; providing physical and psychological support to patients, families, and friends. 90% of our patients are pediatrics that requires long term care , RN must be comfortable assessing patients in the comfort of the patients home. City: OAKLAND, CA. Flat Rate: $150.00 for each Initial Assessment Flat Rate: $100.00 for each Supervisory Monthly Visit Required Credentials: -Current California state license to practice as a Registered Nurse with 1 year minimum experience -Current CPR certification or BLS -Physical (within 1 year) -Negative TB (within 1 year) -Malpractice Policy (NSO) agency can set this up if you do not have one.
