We are a 147 bed facility with a small town, family feel, that provides quality nursing services to our community elders. We are currently looking to hire nurses for all shifts - Day, evening, and overnight with flexible scheduling. Position Summary- *Responsible for overseeing Certified Staff and for the delivery of optimal quality of care to adult and geriatric residents on the assigned nursing unit. Qualifications: Holds and maintains current License or Registration in accordance with State regulations. 1 year Long Term/Geriatric/Rehabilitation education or care experience preferred. Acute hospital medical/surgical experience desirable. Knowledge of nursing theory and practice including the administration of medications. Holds and maintains current CPR certification in accordance with Nursing Standards of Practice. Starting Pay Rates for No Experience- $29/hr LPN $31/hr RN Higher pay rates for experience. Night / Weekend pay differentials. $10,000 sign-on bonus for full-time Overnight Nurses! $7,500 sign-on bonus for full-time Evening Nurses! $5,000 sign-on bonus for full-time Day nurses!!
