My mom just spent 16 days ar Tower Road Post Acute. It's not perfect, no facility is, but the staff was great. They were very responsive and helpful. Rooms are tight, for two occupants, but the food was good and facility was very clean. I'd recommend this facility, just keep expectations realistic. It's also relatively easy to get to, with restaurant right next door.

I recently had surgery on my neck & had to go to rehab to learn to walk again. We chose Tower Road Post Acute. It was the best decision we made. The Therapy Team was the best. Aimee, personal therapist knew exactly what to do & how to convince you that you could do it too. The floor staff is the best. They take your care very personal & I met a number of quality friends.

Not sure how to get proper communication out of this place but maybe this will do it . I have called multiple times a day with no answer at the front desk You get transferred to the nurses station there's no answer My father was on a ventilator for 5 days and is coming to this place to learn to walk again. However he also has dysautonomia his blood pressure has to be monitored extremely close. I can tell when his voice is so weak that they are not keeping up on proper monitoring. He's sleeping all day long and he does this when his blood pressure is not properly cared for with the medications. Dr Rivers is absolutely fantastic but as far as everything else so far I am extremely displeased. The first week he was there it was fantastic but since the care has dramatically dwindled. The only thing that they have going for them is Miss Allison and Dr Rivers. I have to drive an hour just to get to this place to make sure that my father's all right because he's so weak he's not answering the phone They also don't answer the phone and even if they do answer at the front desk you get no answer at the nurses station. I continually get I have too many patients to care for to answer the phone then how about daily updates on my father. I'm getting ready to pull him out of this place if the care does not get better quickly He desperately needs intense therapy but cannot do it because the blood pressure is not being properly monitored. Get better with the care and I'll be more than happy to remove this

I was at Tower Road Acute Care for post-op surgery rehabilitation. Everyone is so nice and took very good care of me. Aimee and Depak are very professional and very safety conscious with all their patients. I would recommend this facility for anyone needing rehab/physical therapy. Thank you for all your help.
