Job Requirements:
- Must be willing to work in Hawley, Honesdale, and surrounding areas
- Must be able to drive to and from client's location
- Must be willing to travel up to 25 miles to client's location

Job Responsibilities:
- Committed to enhancing client well-being and quality of life
- Skilled in direct care, including:
- Personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting)
- Mobility assistance and medication reminders
- Meal preparation, housekeeping, laundry, and grocery shopping
- Transportation (as requested/approved)
- Maintains a safe, clean, and comfortable living environment
- Promotes client quality of life through:
- Safety, hygiene, and healthy living
- Social connection and mental well-being
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
- Proactively identifies and escalates unsafe or emergency situations
