HIRING FOR ALL SHIFTS AM-PM-NOC Lotus Villa is a Memory Care community Also Assisted Living for the elderly licensed by the State of California, as we continue to grow our community, we are consistently looking for CNASwho has a caring/loving heart for the elderly and would like to surround yourself with others who are like you. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Make a positive impact on the daily lives of those who have been suffering from Alzheimer's disease and other types of dementia. To provide personal care and assistance to the elderly residents who reside at our community May need to assist residents with walking, dressing, eating, showering, toileting and other activities of daily living. May need to assist residents with medication administration and documentation. May need to assist residents with other recreational activities, housekeeping, laundry and other instrumental activities of daily living as needed. ABILITY AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS Embrace teamwork and collaboration. Able to relate well with residents and families. Demonstrate safe work habits (we will train). Communicates well.
