Position Summary We are seeking a reliable and experienced CNA or HHA to provide personal care and assistance to clients in their homes. This is a 1099 independent contractor position with flexible scheduling. Responsibilities • Assist clients with ADLs including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting • Provide companionship and emotional support • Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and errands • Report changes in client condition to the supervising nurse • Maintain accurate documentation of care provided Requirements • Active Florida CNA certification OR completion of an approved HHA training program • Current CPR/BLS certification • TB clearance within the past 12 months • Ability to pass a background check • Reliable transportation • Prior home health or long-term care experience preferred This is a 1099 independent contractor position. Contractors are responsible for their own taxes.
