Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Home Health Independent Contractor

About Us Alignment Healthcare Services, LLC is a Florida-licensed home health agency providing skilled and nonskilled care to clients in the home. We are looking for caring, motivated LPNs to join our growing team of contractors. Position Summary We are seeking a skilled and dependable LPN to deliver nursing services to home-bound clients under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. This is a flexible per diem 1099 independent contractor opportunity. Responsibilities • Provide skilled nursing care under the direction of a supervising RN or physician • Administer medications and perform treatments as ordered • Monitor and report changes in patient condition • Provide wound care, catheter care, and other clinical interventions as directed • Complete accurate and timely visit documentation Requirements • Active, unencumbered Florida LPN license • Minimum 1 year of clinical nursing experience • Current CPR/BLS certification • Professional liability/malpractice insurance (required) • TB clearance within the past 12 months • Must pass a background check • Reliable transportation
