Personal Care Assistant (PCA) Job Description
Golden Heart Senior Care is hiring caregivers (In-Home Aides and CNA's) for Charlotte, NC (Charlotte and surrounding areas) for weekdays and weekends. Long Day shifts, Overnights and live-ins are available! We are looking for caregivers with an open schedule. We can hire caregivers as part-time or full time and are flexible with schedules! We will work with your schedule whether you are looking for full time or part-time work; if you are in school, have another job, or any other scenario! We are looking for someone kind, trustworthy, caring, compassionate and reliable who fits in well into a family-oriented company. If hired, you will be required to attend an Orientation before starting work with Golden Heart Senior Care. Applicants must not have a Felony or Misdemeanor on their background check and must be able to pass a drug test. Applicant must possess a current CPR and First Aid Certification, as well as their own car and a valid driver's license as driving clients will be a requirement. If hired, must be able to work two weekends out of the month.
