This place has some of the fakest “caring”nurses possible. Everyone acts like they care about your family so much but don’t change them all night long, and most of the day. They do not give my family member showers, she’s missed her medications often and one of them being very important for her to not miss. I have to come in and wash her hair and bath her. They have no wipes Everytime I come check in on her she’s very wet, through her diaper and they don’t clean her up I have to every time. I always hear excuses about they just got there and they don’t know what’s going on, they don’t know why’s she wasn’t put on physical therapy they let the manager know. It’s always some excuse and they come in when they see you have visitors and act all friendly and will try to do a quick sweep job but leave all the garbage and dirty soiled clothes everywhere. I will not send anyone I know ever to this place again, every room and hallway smells like pee. It’s sad getting a call in the middle of the night that your loved one has had their light on for hours and they are wet and need to be changed and no one comes. I see nurses with long nails not wearing gloves long hair hanging down and not up in buns and out of the way of wounds and fluids. They use water and rags to wipe you off instead of using wipes. They pay as little attention and can’t tell you if your family took a shower had their meds or if they even ate their meal. I pray for every poor sick resident in here who’s getting taken care of by people who just want to be there to get paid and not be compassionate and caring to any residents their. My family member lastnight was denied going to the hospital for a seizure. There will be no more excuses or terrible care to my loved one. Please take another look to somewhere else.

The Lodge of Taylor/Medilodge is the equivalent of a pill taken three times a day, FDA Approved of course, but for funeral arrangements. Every single day I see either Taylor Fire or Superior Ambulance showing up to 3 times for people that are minutes away from dying due to general lack of care. My dad is currently in there and things are și bad that I can't even describe. Before you choose to take your loved on here I have one advice- if you feel good about amputating your limbs for pleasure then this might be the right place for your loved one.

Staff will leave you in dirty diapers for more then 6 hours. They will clean up your room once a month instead of daily It's sad that sick, disabled and old people has to deal with lazy staff.....

I rebuke The Lodge At Taylor in the name of JESUS! Do not bring anyone here, shut this place down! Report report report My love one was here for 7 days. They arrived on a Friday to this horror lodge and the place had no hot water all weekend. My love one was not changed until Monday when they arrived Friday. They never washed my love one! They never fed my love one the correct food. This place doesn’t have wipes, they wipe people with a rags and water. They do not answer call lights at all. Every time I called the phone during no answer! The nurses wear long nails! Against state board and some of the nurse do not wear gloves . Everyone here has an excuse when you ask a simple question, everyone gone say “ I just got here, I don’t know what happened “ . I have so much to say but I will leave that for court! This place wanted to cover up what they were doing to my love one. My love one is on dialysis tell me why I waited for my love one to come out of dialysis. When I asked how was dialysis? I was told from my love one “ I didn’t get dialysis, I just sat there” . I moved my love one out of this place and immediately to emergency room. Tell me while in the ER they had to do dialysis on my love one. They pulled 3 litters of fluid! How is that possible if they just did dialysis. This place is evil! They didn’t know that my love one had an active support. What makes even sadder and I will never forget the nurse who tired to convince me to let my love one stay. The nurse knew the facility wasn’t right and she told me how if I let my love me stay how she would watch and make sure everything okay. The nurse wanted to fool me like the devil. The nurse kept trying to convince me but my discernment wouldn’t let me believe the lies no more. I pray for the other people here cause this place is not right. They do not fully take care of people here. I had to wash, feed and change my love one during the 7 days. Once again rebuke this place JESUS!

How sad it is to be thousands miles away to find out your loved one is being mistreated, used, and abused! Family members sent me pictures of my brother who resides there and is bedridden. TEARS!! 😢 He is scaled like an animal with bed sores all over his body. His nails are so long and black with either blood or dirt embedded under each. It hurts to know my brother is suffering in silence and I can’t be there to let him know he is loved, regardless of the prison he is in. The one star, they don’t even deserve! I will have to make a trip home to get him out of this hell hole! I don’t know the staff, never been there, but these pictures display the negligence going on at a place that should be loving and caring…and the reviews speak this in volumes. I pray that anyone who works at The Lodge at Taylor loved ones never have to experience what they are doing to my brother and all the innocent, helpless people there. Shame, shame, shame on them!!! OSHA needs to get involved!!!!!
