CNA- Full Time

We believe work/life balance is important, so our C.N.A.s are only required to work every 3rd weekend, with a $3.00 weekend shift differential. We have 3 week rotating schedules so you know in advance when you work. We are seeking a self-motivated, passionate, and caring employee to join our family. Purpose of Certified Nursing Assistant Position: The primary purpose of your job position is to provide each of your assigned residents with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident's assessment and care plan, and as may be directed by your supervisors. Full time position works (3) three 12-hour shifts, including every 3rd weekend with a $3.00/hour weekend shift differential pay. Day shift is from 6:30 am - 7:00 pm. Night shift is from 6:30 pm - 7:00 am, with a $1.50/hour night shift differential pay. Duties Assisting patients with daily personal hygiene activities, (bathing, mouth care, dressing/undressing, hair and nail care); Assisting with turning, lifting, positioning and transporting residents into and out of beds, chairs, spa tub, wheelchairs, and lifts; Answering call lights promptly; Effective communication with the patient and all members of the team. Requirements: Valid IN CNA certification Out of state CNA’s will have 120 days to become certified in IN.
