Easterseals Rehabilitation Center has created eight welcoming Group Homes to provide the best possible care for the individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities that we are blessed to serve. MAKE A HEART CONNECTION WITH EASTERSEALS! IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL: Provide exceptional care to all clients, and leadership/direction to direct care staff. Develop meaningful relationships with resident families through regular and positive contact. Develop and implement individual program plans for residents, promoting independence and confidence. Perform administration duties, including training and scheduling staff, reviewing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with all policies and procedures regarding safety. Have fun planning and participating in our client's favorite activities and going on outings in the community! In this role, you will support our direct care staff by supervising the day-to-day operations within the group home and occasionally support our clients by providing direct care, including assisting with personal hygiene and hands-on care. WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO EASTERSEALS: Education: High School Diploma, equivalent, or an Easterseals Reading Test. Experience: Experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities or a degree in a related field.
