Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Job Description
Project New Hope is looking for a Assistant Facility Manager to support our team and office as we continue to provide residential transitional housing for the homeless individuals living with illnesses. This individual will play a key role in ensuring our office environment reflects the values and mission of the Organization, and keep our team safe and equipped to perform their roles. The RCFCI Assistant Manager will work closely in conjunction with the Facility Manager and Associate Director of Residential Facilities to ensure employee relations are managed and addressed in accordance with company policy while fostering a team player environment and ensuing members of the organization have the appropriate combination of tools and resources to excel. Must have a valid CNA or MA Certification. Responsibilities: Assist in implementing procedures to manage and prioritize facility and maintenance service requests. Assist in overseeing day-to-day facilities operations including, but not limited to implementation of Title 22 requirements, emergency preparedness, monthly reports, client services, maintenance of the properties, work with outside vendors, etc. Assist with administering preparedness efforts including fire and disaster drills monthly. Foster a positive atmosphere of professionalism and support While performing the duties of this job, must be available to work irregular hours, shifts, weekends, and holidays. (On-Call periods are required) Additional duties as assigned Skills & Qualifications: CNA or MA Certification Previous supervisory experience Strong project management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication. Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel). Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds. CPR/First Aid Certified. Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance required. Ability to pass background check (FBI/DOJ). Bilingual English / Spanish
