Trained Medication Aide/Certified Nursing Assistant (TMA/CNA)

***Must have both a CNA & TMA certificate from an accredited post-secondary institution. *** Responsible for: -Dispensing medications and treatments -Following company's policies and procedures -Setting up baths/showers for residents -Observing mealtimes -Providing ADL assistance to residents -Stocking of supplies -Shredding of documents -Performing completion of task checklist per shift -Completing all other duties assigned Hayes Residence is a 40 bed non-skilled nursing facility serving adults with both mental health and physical health diagnoses. Our population of residents are mostly independent with their ADLs and need medication management, reminders, and behavioral redirection/support to help maintain their physical and mental health diagnoses. We are located in the charming residential neighborhood of Highland Park, near downtown St. Paul. Our location provides excellent convenience for freeway access and public transportation. At Hayes the safety of both Residents and staff is our #1 priority. All staff are provided with a procedural mask and a face shield and are required to wear this personal protective equipment while in the facility.
