About Hayes: Hayes Residence is a 40 bed non-skilled nursing facility serving adults with both mental health and physical health diagnoses. Our population of residents are mostly independent with their ADLs and need medication management, reminders, and behavioral redirection/support to help maintain their physical and mental health diagnoses. We are located in the charming residential neighborhood of Highland Park, near downtown St. Paul. Our location provides excellent convenience for freeway access and public transportation. We are a privately owned and run business that prides itself on creating a warm and inviting home for residents to live in for many years, and a caring and supportive environment for their employees. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $34.00 - $37.00 per hour COVID-19 considerations: COVID-19 considerations: At Hayes we are following CMS and MDH guidance for allowing outside visitors, providers, or vendors into the facility. Anyone entering the facility is required to wear a mask and symptom screen and temp check prior to entry.
