Caregiver Job Description
Responsible for marketing and sales specialist of the home care agency Analysis of Past and Current Marketing Data. Analyzes the potential of the company's service area to determine target markets. Identifies available market share. Make cold calls to all potential settings that could use our services. Analyzes client/company relationships. Analyzes advertising and sales promotion needs. Develop sales/marketing objectives and sales projections. Maintains a new referral quota of at least 30 unduplicated clients per month. Participates in the Agency QA program. Organizational Relationship: Reports to the Agency Director Risk Of Occupational Exposure to Blood-Borne Pathogens: C: No Exposure Qualifications: A baccalaureate degree is preferred. One (1) years of experience in sales is required; experience in a health-related field is preferred. Must have a criminal background check. Develop a marketing plan, identifying priorities and a reasonable timetable. Implement marketing plan staying within the established timeframe. Reviews and evaluates the analyses and plans on an established basis. Must be able to hear and speak in a manner most people understand. Must be able to read 12 points or more significant types. Must be able to travel to prospective referral sources. Must be able to read, write, and maintain simple records in English. Ability to get along with people.
