Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Job Description
Must have a license in good standing in Wisconsin or be able to transfer license from the state you reside in. Organize and stock resident rooms with toiletries, grooming supplies and clean linen. Answer call lights. Transport residents to and from dining areas and activities. Assist with meal service. Provide emotional support to residents and their families. Assist residents with ADL's. Report and document skin problems and changes in resident condition. Perform and document vitals. Read, follow and document daily care plans. Prepare residents for discharge or transfer. Provide postmortem care. Assist residents with eating. Follow all infection control protocols. Assist with transfers of residents.
