Overview Lakeview Health Center in West Salem WI has Certified Nursing Assistant openings in our state-of-the-art facility providing our residents with quality direct care that uplifts and supports their daily needs. Please consider joining our great team! Hours of Work/Shifts Available: ** Full-time (64 to 80 hours/2 weeks) - Starting wage is $16.08, may be higher depending on experience. Position is off every other weekend and rotating holidays. Also earns a weekend differential of $1.00/hour. In addition to the hourly rate, we offer shift differentials: $1.50/hour for 5pm - 10pm and $2.00/hour for 10pm - 5am. As a C.N.A. you will have the ability interact with and provide high quality care for our residents. Some of the tasks you will be performing include to assist residents in all areas of personal hygiene, activities of daily living and care of their room and personal belongings. When possible, encourage the highest practicable level of independence. Assist residents at mealtime. Follow directions and perform care as assigned by nurse and report progress with those assignments to nurse. Training, Experience and Other Requirements: · Must be Certified Nursing Assistant at time of hire and listed on the Wisconsin Nurse Aide Registry. · Must be at least 16 years of age. · Must successfully pass a background check as required by the Wisconsin Caregiver Law. · Employees driving County vehicles must have and maintain a valid driver's license and a good driving record.
