Hours of Work/Shifts Available: Work 32 to 40 hours/week on 3rd shift (2 pm to 10:30 pm) Pay is $16.08 - $18.64/hour depending on experience, plus earn shift differential from 10pm to 5am of $2.00/hour and weekend differential of $1.00/hour on top of the base pay. Essential Job Functions: As a C.N.A. you will have the ability to interact with and provide high quality care for our residents. Some of the tasks you will perform include assisting residents in all areas of personal hygiene, activities of daily living and care of their room and personal belongings. When possible, encourage the highest practicable level of independence. Assist residents at mealtime. Follow directions and perform care as assigned by nurse and report progress with those assignments to nurse. Training, Experience and Other Requirements: · Must be Certified Nursing Assistant at time of hire and listed on the Wisconsin Nurse Aide Registry. · Must be at least 16 years of age. · Must successfully pass a background check as required by the Wisconsin Caregiver Law. · Employees driving County vehicles must have and maintain a valid driver's license and a good driving record.
