Full Time Night Shift RN or LPN

Lakeview Health Center in West Salem, WI is hiring a Full-time Night RN or LPN. Wage ranges: LPN $22.39 - $24.31 + PM/NOC/Weekend differentials RN $33.11 - $35.61 + PM/NOC/Weekend differentials In addition to the hourly rate, we offer great shift differentials: LPN = $1.50/hour from 5pm to 10pm. $2.00/hour from 10pm to 5am. $1.50/hour on the weekends. RN = $3.75/hour from 5pm to 10pm. $4.00/hour from 10pm to 5am. $2.00/hour on the weekends. Hours of work: 3rd shift, 10pm – 6:30am, every other weekend and rotating holidays. Our facility has adopted a policy regarding all associates be fully vaccinated against COVID-19, subject to limited exemptions based on medical conditions, sincerely held religious beliefs, or applicable state laws and regulations. Essential Job Functions Provides care within the provisions of the Nurse Practice Act. Provides direct nursing care including administering medications and treatments. Determines and supervises work assignments to provide maximum utilization of Nursing Assistants and is responsible to see that assigned tasks are accomplished. Training, Experience and Other Requirements Requires graduation from an accredited nursing program with current Nursing license in the State of Wisconsin. Preference for nursing experience in a long-term care facility. Preference for one year of supervisory experience. Those persons driving must have and maintain a valid Wisconsin driver license and good driving record. May consider other relevant combinations of education and experience that provide equivalent knowledge, skills, and abilities. Must maintain a valid Wisconsin nursing license. Must successfully pass a background check as required by the Wisconsin Caregiver Law.
