MALES & FEMALES NEEDED. Looking for flexible caregivers willing to work between 4-12 hour shifts as needed. Weekend availability a huge plus, includes weekend bonus pay. Drivers preferred with valid driver's license and own vehicle. Duties: - Provide assistance with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, medication reminders, and light housekeeping. - Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring the safety and well-being of the client. - Engage in companionship activities and provide emotional support to clients. - Maintain accurate records of services provided and report any changes in the client's condition to the appropriate supervisor. - Follow care plans and instructions provided by healthcare professionals. Experience: - Previous experience as a caregiver or in a related field is required, 1 year minimum. - Compassionate and patient nature with a genuine desire to help others. - Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients. - Ability to work independently and adapt to changing situations.
