CHA (Home Health Aide)

As a Home Health Aide, you'll assist clients with activities of daily living, provide emotional support, and help them maintain their independence and dignity. Responsibilities: Assist clients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting Provide companionship and emotional support to clients Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed Administer medication reminders as directed by the client's healthcare provider Perform light housekeeping duties, such as laundry and cleaning Communicate with clients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure quality care Keep accurate records of client care and progress Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) preferred Experience working in a home health setting Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed At our agency, a happy and engaged team is key to providing exceptional care to our clients.
